Having said that I agree with you that the Afghanistan situation was definitely not whitehat stuff. It was pure and simple Biden INCOMPETENCE. Trump wanted to withdraw from Afghanistan, and he would have done so effectively. Biden saw that and tried to do it himself not realising how complicated and difficult withdrawing would actually be - something probably only a genius president like Trump could pull off. So he messed it up big time.
They aren’t White Hats at all. But China does hope to take advantage of them, mine the heck out of it, and cause further RHEEEEE environmental damage from mining. No Afghanistan was a distraction to other events going world wide. Look here but not over there, in the US, Australia, France, the UK, and other smaller but more long term economic/banking events.
