I can't figure out the truth of this. If you go somewhere like Ars Technicana, it says
"In the US, over 200 million doses of Comirnaty have been administered since it initially earned an EUA on December 11, 2020."
So which is true - is it just rebranded for USA now being called this and has been administered in many doses already, or is this a -different- vaccine only available in Europe/etc and NOT related to the Pfizer dose being issues in the states historically and presently?
To my understanding what seems to matter is the dates.
Even if they decided to just change the name of the same product, the product in circulation would still have a date of production that pre dates the approval.
As seen with what you describe though, it gives outlets like Ars Technica a way to say it is "approved" when the fine print says otherwise.

Pfizer is not protected from liability. They are still giving people an unapproved vaccine under an EUA. They would have to prove it was comirnaty, and they can't.
It's not a vaccine, since it doesn't prevent transmission, as admitted by the drug companies themselves. It does not meet the medical or legal requirements.
Therefore, any waiver you signed regarding an untested vaccine is moot. Pfizer had the responsibility to actually give you a vaccine, as was the agreement, not something else which you thought was a vaccine. Since Pfizer reneged on their side, their indemnification shield doesn't exist. People need to stop being afraid and sue them. They made people inject themselves with a non-vaccine under false pretenses.
Does anyone know where I can find evidence that states Cormirnaty won't be available until 2024? Don't get me wrong--I believe it won't be available for quite some time, if ever. I'm just looking for a source. Thank you!

I have seen a vaccination passport/certificate here in Denmark, which also said Comirnaty.
