At what point do police recognize what side of history they should be on? How can police justify being an enemy of the people in exchange for a paycheck? They need to figure it out and join in solidarity with the people, and quickly. The resistance movement is well underway around the globe and is gaining in strength and numbers by the day. This will not end well for police who don't recognize this.
You need a leader and a plan yes. You cant really communicate such plans without being shut down by the glowies, and anything you do will be used as propaganda against you and be counter productive.

I live deep behind enemy lines in the US, in a blue town of 1,800 in a deep blue county in Libland. I sure don't feel like America has the vast majority of red pilled. There is NO ONE in town I can talk openly with. The level of brain-washing is so intense that 66% of the population, 16+ years old, voluntarily got shot.
Looks like police cross the west are soon to learn that they are outnumbered 1000:1 and that their power requires that the people view them acting in their best interests.
