My school renewed my contract without me signing it so I feel they may have snuck in some stipulations.
Right now it's vaxx or weekly testing but the testing option may go away at any moment.
I want it in writing if it happens. I did not join the union as the union leader is a vaxx harpie. Free testing optionally for the vaxxed, but unvaxxed have to pay out of pocket.
Right now, no vax and only testing symptomatic. But I refuse both the jab and the testing. Fuck that testing, it's bullshit anyways.
I'll submit a religious exemption for both, and if denied and fired then I'll see what litigation options I have. And that includes the fucking union, of which I'm a member solely for that reason, so I can sue their assess too when they don't support those of us that choose not to partake in this charade.
It's always had to be covert being a conservative public school teacher. But I do love teaching these kids some common sense, and when presented with both options, the kids are smart and get it every time. Kids got a great bullshit detector. It'll be a shame if I'm forced out, but THEY are going to have to do it. Because I'M NOT FUCKING LEAVING!
Get OSHA or OH&S (Aust) involved. Ask your employer via these safe work practise people to provide MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) on the vaxx. The employer will back down at this stage as there are none. If they then fire you you have absolute grounds to sue.
They will hire foreigners as nurses. This is tyranny and the government should not allow foreign nurses to hold visas or work permits when firing is a result of a vaccine mandate.
