This is cruel and should never be done to any human being. Prisoners are treated better in USA prisons. And USA prisons don't have a good reputation in the western world.
As much as I want to say “well you do not need more alcohol than that!” It is 100% not the governments job to regulate others in their decisions. I would rather a person come to their own decisions over their bodies. If someone wants to drink more then so be it.
