It's not uncommon. I bought a Tom Macdonald album and paid extra for him to sign it and write a message. I told him my situation and requested he give me his own message.
He said "Sometimes the devil comes knocking at out door. When he does, let him in. Then beat his ass. I'm in your corner."
I needed to hear that, worth the extra bit of money I paid for it.
But I wanted to send her money. That's the whole reason I bought the book in the first place. To make a donation.

Questions:
Did Powell only write her signature and you wrote the rest, or did she write the whole thing?
If she wrote the whole thing, did you tell her exactly what to write, or did she come up with it on her own?
She wrote the whole thing. I told her exactly what to write. Except I wrote "what is coming" and she wrote "what's coming".... And there was supposed to be 3 exclamation points, not 2. It's Q post 4616. Should I try to get a refund for the missing i & !?

For sure, it seems people only live in a span of 2-3 weeks. They don’t see beyond that or that far in the past. That is the reason that won’t see what is coming until it’s here. They think that events should unfold rapidly, between their humanly time frames.

That is a very good book. Good meaning informative - it actually pissed me off. I read it last summer and it really helped me wake up. Lot of the people in power now were up and coming then and the playbook used against Michael Flynn was obvious.
Now I have to buy another one so I can read it without destroying this one lol
