I would like to have something at the ready to send or show them right away to back up my statements about why they are on the wrong side of this. According to one of the HR people here, they are having a meeting today, with the legal team to decide what to do. According to her, there is a very large fine per unvaccinated employee for all companies. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are about to take food off my 3 kids' plates if they follow through with this.

Not trying to doom. If they are about to enforce the mandate before the enforcement regulations are even put to paper, it is because they are in agreement with the measures and WANT to Gey rid of the unvaccinated. They will find a way to deflect or ignore anything you send them. Make them fire you and prepare for legal action against them. A simple " I do not concentrate to these conditions of employment because I think the mandates are unconstitutional " is all you should send them.

America’s Frontline Doctors provides legal resources and template letters. Look through the list here and you will find a template that will work for you:

This is good, but does it cover the fact that they're saying the FDA approved the vaccine? It doesn't seem to have anything in here that the approval was not a full approval.
It was fully approved for cormirnaty or however you spell it. The trick is the approved vaccine is not available anywhere, and won't be for a couple years. It's a bait and switch. The current Pfizer is still under eua. As soon as the approved one comes on the market, all eua authorizations are gone.
Is there any official place online that says that or similar? If I’m to argue that they’ll want proof.
It's a combination of the FDA doc approving Community, and the legal interpretation of exactly what that means. I don't think there is an official doc that explicitly says that.
I think Viva Barnes Law YouTube channel does a good explanation though.
I'm in Jersey too...I drive a school bus, already left one school system over this but will wait to be fired this time...80% at the new job are awake and willing to fight...
This. Is. The. Hill....I am willing to die on! I'll have no problem finding work driving with my full CDL...perhaps you should think about what your "hill" is. God will provide if you have faith! These times require sacrifices and your job is an easier choice than your life.
Blessings fren...
Same boat here.
Will try religious exemption but if that fails they will have to fire my man.
No jab for him.
Have you filed a religious exemption? That's a really hard one for them to say no to and a legal mine field.
Not yet. They haven’t made anything official yet. I will when/if they do.
Inform them that the vaccination does nothing against the delta variant, the prevalent strain right now.(even though it's all made up, use their own info against them)
Preferably through a lawyer willing to take your case.
What are the legal resources being used by the governors to fight this?
$14k per employee per week ~$786k per employee per year.
Prepare for the axe.
Bullets, beans, bullion.
My biggest concern here is that I have no education to fall back on. I got lucky getting the jobs i've had and what they paid. I don't know, especially with this situation, If i'll be able to get another job making what I make now.
I feel you brother. It's extremely stressful. I don't know how long before my company drops the axe either. I ask for a religious exemption today. No response as of yet. All we can do is pray. I'll pray for you.
