My employer just announced that we have to share our vax status or be terminated. I know many of you have just ignored this request. Are there any resources available to push back on this request?

Reply to them and ask if you can have accessed to all their personal medical records
The Constitution, amendments 9 and 14 section 1 should be all you need. They have no 'right' to your personal medical information, as per the HIPPA law. Check with poster 20-guage. She has a long list of resources.
Fucking stop saying HIPAA dumbass, it's the ADA.
HIPAA DOES NOT REGULATE ANY COMMON PERSON NOT EMPLOYED BY A MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not share. Do be prepared to be fired, although it might not come to that.
Don't fear losing your job. I used to, but I've lost 4 jobs in the last 10 years, and I had begun to doubt myself. But now I have an excellent employer, best pay and benefits I've had, and life is good. Jobs are out there. Your life and health is not worth working for an employer that makes such demands.
I'm pretty sure that violates some medical rights, depending on which state you live in
I too live in ohio, employment protection is a joke here but it's also easy for me to find a new job being in IT.
Rules are not mandates and mandates are not laws.
I would let your employer know they are playing with legal fire that very well may jeapordize their entire enterprise.
Are you American? If so, every state has different employment laws. I'm sure every country does, but I have no clue at all about law outside the U.S. In Ohio, where I live, we have what's called "at will" employment, where an employer can fire me for having the wrong color nail polish on if they want to, and there's not shit I can do but file for unemployment. They just can't discriminate against someone for religion, disability, the federally protected classes. In some states, there are more protections, especially with regard to a person's medical information. I would look at the Americans with Disabilities Act to see if it applies in your situation (you don't have to be disabled for it to apply), and maybe call a labor/employment attorney to find out what your rights are. Best of luck to you!
Thank you. Unfortunately, I am in Ohio too.

Have you looked into a religious exemption? Some friends of my family work for MetroHealth hospital as nurses and they are working on that right now. They did say that if it doesn't work, they can go to Cleveland Clinic, apparently they're not mandating the vax at this point.
From my experience, people trying to get on disability encounter a fucking nightmare. Even people who are fully incapacitated are not always able to qualify, and it can take a LONG time even if they do. It seems to largely rely on disabled people not really have a choice but to be patient.
I'm sorry to hear your wife is going through that. Lupus is not an easy disease to deal with.
The “FDA approval” has an entire page dedicated to exemptions. Learn them and claim one or more of them. Religious should be enough though. Use one line from the Bible and keep it simple.
Tell them you identify as being wakk'sd - seems to work with everything else!
Are you standing alone or are there others that have not taken the jab?
There are others but I only personally know of a couple. They have not mandated it yet but are using the upcoming mandate as an excuse.
I would unite with these people and get a constitutional lawyer for advise. They may decide to fire you but it is harder for them when people stand together and they know you have a lawyer. Losing a job is never easy but injecting poison is forever. Good luck friend.
Tell them no or better yet, keep your mouth shut. If they press you for info tell them you do not share your personal medical information. Force them to fire you based on the fact you wont reveal private medical information. At least then you can lawyer up.

I'd demand a list of ingredients in the JAB! If there are any ingredients that are harmful then charge them with attempted poisoning or murder!
Did you sign any documentation to work for your employer? Because if you did, not much can keep them from firing you. Employers require certain agreements before you start working to protect themselves from push back.
I don’t think I signed an agreement to release my medical records to them.
That may be true, but you signed an agreement to abide by their policies and rules, so you can't really win legally.
