There has yet to be any regulatory action on this executive order by any of the agencies tasked with rules and enforcement. The mandate was a part of the bait and switch together with the FDA approval of the unavailable comirnaty vaccine enacted to fool the public into getting the EUA vax with no attached liability for Pfizer.
Pure evil.
Tried explaining this to several people but their NPC dialogue kicked in and just kept coming back with, "but the CDC and FDA said it was approved."
