Lindell made the announcement about presenting a case to the Supreme Court on Steve's Bannon Warroom Pandemic Tuesday 9/21/21.
"We are bringing the case to the Supreme Court before Thanksgiving."
"This case will go to the Supreme Court before Thanksgiving for them to accept it."
The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is the highest court in the federal judiciary of the United States of America. It has ultimate and largely discretionary appellate jurisdiction over all federal and state court cases that involve a point of federal law, and original jurisdiction over a narrow range of cases, specifically "all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party.
The Court may decide cases having political overtones but has ruled that it does not have power to decide non-justiciable political questions.
A cert petition is voted on at a session of the court called conference. A conference is a private meeting of the nine Justices by themselves; the public and the Justices' clerks are excluded. The rule of four permits four of the nine justices to grant a writ of certiorari. If it is granted, the case proceeds to the briefing stage; otherwise, the case ends.
When the Court grants a cert petition, the case is set for oral argument. Both parties will file briefs on the merits of the case, as distinct from the reasons they may have argued for granting or denying the cert petition. With the consent of the parties or approval of the Court, amici curiae, or "friends of the court", may also file briefs. The Court holds two-week oral argument sessions each month from October through April.
Additionally, Steve Bannon made several attempts to get Mike Lindell to state exactly who or what entity conducted the examination, analysis and wrote the report on the Mesa County EMS before and after the Dominion "Trusted Build" to its election equipment located in Mesa County CO. Bannon specifically wants to know names of whoever worked on the reports and their certifications so people can check on them.
Mike Lindell states that 3 forensic "teams" worked on the data and their information, their "independent qualifications" and the reports are posted on frankspeech.com. No information is there as of this writing. The report is there. That is all.
In the short "live" segment that preceded the rebroadcast of yesterday's 6:00 PM CT The Lindell Report program (which directly follows Bannon's Warroom on both https://lindelltv.com/ and https://home.frankspeech.com/ at 11:00 AM CT),
Mike Lindell stated there were 3 or 4 different "experts" (not teams) that worked on the Mesa County data, and then, unprompted oddly qualified that statement by stating he just checked with a lawyer on that. He again (yesterday's The Lindell Report at 6:00 PM CT) states that the experts looking at the Mesa County data are completely different from the experts who worked on the data at the Cyber Symposium, then later adds he had "one his guys double check" the work of the guys who did the Mesa County work. Take that for what its worth.

SCOTUS already punted and signalled that they won't wade into the battle (refusal to do their duty). Courts aren't going to do anything. Lindell is Big Dan Teague.
And technically, it's actually not SCOTUS jurisdiction if the charges are insurrection, rebellion and treason. See the Kavanaugh hearing with Graham's questions. We're not dealing with cases of civil law. SCOTUS has to maintain the show as not to panic the masses once military tribunals start. Populace still needs to be prepared for it.

Or things will be so weird in November that Roberts will eat his words
Then we will have the supreme court twice on record as failing to do their job.
