Schiff posted a couple of weeks ago about closing GITMO. Then reports surfaced that GITMO is in the process of expansion! Now he's trying to pass a bill to limit Executive branch powers. And this week we have the first Russia Collusion indictment.
This tells me that perhaps, just perhaps Trump is still Commander-in-Chief of the Military.
Such as the President not being eligible to be criminally charged while in office. Also such as the President being able to pardon anyone including himself.
