It is true. Fast food is paying good right now because people think they’re not and won’t work for them. You know, the I’m above that attitude. But money is money right, as long as it’s legit and pays the bills. And fast-food, man they’ve made so much more money a meal, then they’ve paid out over the last 3 decades, them paying more now is not going to hurt their stocks or profit margins haha.
I saw the sign in the window! Hardly any mask wearers here. Other companies hiring too. It's because Washington made min wage $15 an hour so people took jobs over there.
Depends on where you come from.. but it's cheap.. the housing is up right now because of many people who escaped to move here... but historically a hard winter drives prices down.. but winter's aren't that bad.. not like Fargo area.
Where those jobs will likely enforce these shots...
Working at Wendy's for $17/hour, that's pretty damn good though. I just don't think it's really true
It is true, Montana here, many jobs at 16 and hour and up, hiring everywhere in the state. And it is illegal for any vax mandates here, by state law.
Texan here.
My balls would freeze off.
Are them Montana Honeys warm or are they frigid like Jen Psaki? 🤠

I can believe it, I just know that the cost of living will still eat that fast.
Work is work. There’s no shame in working in the food service industry, imo. Beats food stamps.
I'm trying to get out of commie WA state...any suggestions for a town in ID or MT?
Just go driving and check out glorious Idaho.
CdA/Northern Idaho is just about 4 1/2 hours from King County, Wa.
The Boise area is ~ 7 hours away. I liked both very much when I visited… from King County.
I’m in a wait and see - I believe the storm will change things quickly here, and everywhere.
But if things don’t change… Idaho, here we come!
no to MT... I've heard they aren't as strong as IDAHO Coeur d'Alene or around it is nice. if you go south it has far more liberals,.
Our local Chick Fil A is hiring at $17 per hour (Colorado). (That's exactly double what my starting pay was as an aircraft mechanic in 1990!)
2720~$ monthly salary before taxes if you work 8 hour days 5 days a week............
Sooo 1120 a month after rent of a 1 bedroom apartment. To live and pay all other bills with no benefits.
Yeah, but what about cost of living?
Depends on where you come from.. but it's cheap.. the housing is up right now because of many people who escaped to move here... but historically a hard winter drives prices down.. but winter's aren't that bad.. not like Fargo area.
Montana 1 bedroom apartment where they are paying that much was $1600 a month.
Might as well live in a tent or van for free. fuck paying that much to rent a place to live.
What does a small ranch in Montana cost? Do you have any jobs in robotics/AI/ML?
Willing to work from home. I have my own top of the line hardware.
$17/hr will get you a one bedroom apartment for $1600/mo as well in Montana where they are paying that much… sounds like a dealio.
right!
