Several important things in this letter.
First, lots of 2022 fixes, which are indeed desperately needed. There's not a lot of point in catching 2020 if all you're doing is creating a power vacuum for the next corrupt batch of jerks to move in. What happens when you exterminate coyotes? More coyotes move in.
Second, calling in CISA specialists. There aren't a lot of CISA specialists. Who can states ask for help? Who can states ask for help when they have criminal activities caught on tape in a federal election?
Third, the removal of Dominion. This will have nationwide implications. Possibly worldwide. Dominion will never recover from this. They have literally three things they're supposed to do: let people vote, count the votes, secure the counts. They were proven to have failed in all of those, completely and possibly on purpose.
Fourth, criminal referrals. See the second point. Criminals caught on tape. What other states were mentioned as having data tagged on the machines? What defines whether a state has Jurisdiction of a crime? Where does Dominion reside? Its employees? Who had access? Where do they reside? Who would have access to that information? https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution-conan/amendment-14/section-1/jurisdiction
We're going to empty out the store shelves of popcorn. Hey, quick question, which popcorn companies are freedom lovers? We should do another buy-cott.
Gotta keep in mind, many of the laws already on the books were ignored because COVID! While Walmart was putting arrow stickers on their floors and small businesses were choked like a teenage chicken after discovering pornhub, governors wiped their asses with the laws already on books.

There was no mention of all those ballots that should be excluded, or highly questioned due to significant irregularities, right? It's like this letter was sent to look like she is concerned about it, but wants to make sure it "doesn't happen again". Pretty disappointing to me!
Agreed, nothing will come of this...they just keep stringing us along! Phuck these people!
It is a softball, designed to look pretty harmless (or weak). The key is getting the AG to act. This might be Fann trying to catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
The RINO special? :(
WTF. That sounds like they're doing nothing about 2020, only thinking ahead to future elections. Someone tell me I read that wrong.
#5 has destruction of records, worthy of prosecution. 1-4 could qualify for malfeasance. If investigated, and determined to have been paid for by outsiders, it's bribery; if the bribes were on behalf of a foreign government, it's treason. The AG has to start with something.
Meanwhile, the state Senate can decertify.
Soo... the senate pres wrote a letter saying the ballots matched the machine totals. So no issue here. Move along????
But is the senate going to take action? Those two sentences about the paper ballots and the certified results are what worries me.
The only thing the AG can do about 2020 is prosecute the wrongdoers, and that's why Fann handed over files to him. The decertification process would be handled by the AZ senate, and the AG has nothing to do with that.
We'd be a whole lot better off if Wendy was Senate President, I think
Yes, and this is re-affirmed by the last line of her letter:
you have to PROVE a motive. They can't PROVE the motive yet. This is to get the routers and prove systematic fraud at the behest of a foreign nation. If they come out and say "These fuckers are done for" They will just claim plausible deniability or play stupid or plead the 5th etc....
P.S. what a day to be alive huh!

This is what I think the play is.
It is being handed to the AZ Attorney General.
It is in his hands now for criminal investigation.
The Senate's job is just making laws, which they are doing.
