Worker shortage in our area. Walmart shelves are picked over and many empty because stock is in back of store and no bodies to put it on shelves. Where the HELL is our workforce?
A lot of people have resigned due to the vaccine mandates.
good on you for seeing it...
this is the tipping point, if labor shortage is drastic enough company by company they will all start dropping their own mandates just to bail themselves out. then the rush will be on from the other companies to drop their mandates to keep up with the companies that decided to take advantage of a hole in the market.
i don't think we've reached it yet, in fact, i'm buying up everything i can afford right now to prepare for what i think is coming.
we are being governed by retarded commies who are being paid by retarded commie gooks who are trying to destroy us.
only a complete disaster will cause enough public backlash to change course.
this country is a essentially a drunk driver... they aren't paying attention and drift off the road onto the shoulder then wake up and freak out and make drastic over-corrections.
it's a fucking miracle we're even keeping it between the ditches at this point.
if you've ever read atlas shrugged, i suggest everyone start at least considering building or joining a "gults gultch" type community asap... build a homestead, build a town, get out while you can.
the motor of the world is sputtering.
Yeah, it’s going to get worse before it gets better.
I specifically know there’s been a lot of resignations in healthcare and long-term care/nursing facilities because of the vaccine mandates.
But some of it is also people just wanting to sit at home and get their gibs because they make more money on unemployment/WIC/food stamps than they did working.
They’re downplaying the vaccine mandate resignations heavily, though.
soon the questions won't have the answers people will demand...
the shrug and the "who is john gault" attitude from these fucking parasites is wearing real thin... they are running out of excuses and the population is running out of patience.
but sadly i think it all needs burnt to the foundations before we can rebuild it... things are beyond repair... myanmar or nothing at this point.
Problem is, if you have more than one person involved, the risk of a fed finding out goes up tremendously.
I've been saying that if someone forms a bowling beer league, you'll have local/state/federal "law enforcement" acting undercover in their official capacity. Can't talk about high school/college shenanigans without a cop listening. The fbi absolutely must know that you TP'd the school dean's house on Halloween, and who did it, and why, and where and when they bought the TP.
I'm not suggesting to not do anything at all to prepare, I'm just saying to keep in mind that the more people are involved, the higher chance some commie with a badge will find out, and ask to join.
You're not picking up what i'm putting down...
i'm not saying make a bunch of plans to extinguish the people who are running around on fire...
i'm saying stand back and let them burn.
me, my chick, my family, a few close friends... all bought property and are developing it into a homestead...
food prices skyrocket?... i've got chickens and a garden so i'm not held hostage.
electricity gets shut off?... i've got solar and wind and a battery bank.
riots break out?... i'm in the middle of nowhere with a long driveway and enough sensors to see them coming... the first guy won't even hear the shot.
i'm out... fuck em... let them come begging for us to fix the mess they've created.
when the country falls apart and they run out of people to blame, people to steal from, their subjects will revolt and turn on them.
i'll watch it all happen on my big screens via starlink.
Walmart treats people like absolute shit.
My brother is a walmart manager, and he got my other brother and I to work there for 2 months, before we both left.
Walmart has severe pay gaps between it's workers. The hardest job in the store is 11$ an hour working produce, whereas one of the easier jobs of stocking in the morning, is 14$ an hour.
People in Online Grocery Pickup are told not to smile, not to have fun. They get pushed extremely hard to meet walmarts impossible productivity goals.
I got fired because I had a medical exemption for masks, but I wouldn't wear the reflective dunce cap because it gave me migraines.
People who've worked there for 20+ years started to quit, because Walmart got greedy with pandemic profit numbers, and started pushing policies to get that back.
Cutting peoples hours, getting rid of management positions.
Not to mention the fear of vaccine mandates, when the vax'd were forced to remask, there was so much hate they had towards the non vax'd that they claimed forced them into that situation, and spent the entire time bad mouthing the unvax'd.
That too, caused many to leave.
It's the fall of big businesses that's going to happen. People aren't returning to demeaning jobs.
I wonder if that explains why the local Walmart here closed its Automotive services again? To use the Automotive employees as stickers because vaccine mandates forcing people out and further stressing and already short staffed situation?
Wait, quit or fired? You stated both in your post.
I'll edit it to say left, which is what I meant. I got fired and my bro quit.
Being paid by the government to sit at home.
Based on what I've seen in real life:
Early retirements due to COVID BS (this is the biggest one, IMO).
Younger people opting to live at home and take care of aging parents instead of working/having to pay unaffordable rent. (Nobody is talking about this, but it's a common situation these days).
Parents giving up a job to homeschool or provide childcare when the public schools shutdown to COVID BS.
People refusing traditional jobs because of masks, vaccines, and CRT struggle sessions, and instead getting by on side gigs or living off spouse or parents.
I genuinely believe a lot of labor would come back if employers dumped the mask, vaccine, and CRT bullshit.
