Don't think I will ever go back to the gym. I'm in the best shape of my entire life and so comfortably set up and challenging myself in new ways. Before this I was never able to perform pistol squats, hand stands or L-sits. Guess what, I can now!
Not lifting but my buddy i walk with each Sunday. I'm 5'11" and 25kg over sort of dad bod.
He's 6'3" and lean. I used to struggle to keep up.
Now I notice he takes a bit at the end of each climb to regain his breath.
Definite change over 5 months.
What I've noticed is that the vaxxed look about 10-20 years older and very tired. Vaxxed athletes look kind of dubious. This winter is going to be an eye opener.
I'm only 15 pounds away from a 4 plate squat! My bench is up higher than it's ever been now at 250 pounds, and my deadlift is up to 490! Thanks Covid for giving me the excuse to stay home and live on the inheritance I got from my grandpa who wasn't retarded with money! When I get my deadlift up to 600 and my squat up over 5 plates and my bench up over 315 I'll switch to holding my strength and focus on martial arts like BJJ and look to join one of the patriot militias around here if I can find any or if I can figure out where to look. Maybe one of them can teach me how to shoot and fight with a rifle. Maybe I can take some sniper courses when I don't have to spend 5 hours a day doing physical conditioning and I just want to maintain my fitness level. Arizona is soooooo hot though and the mosquitoes don't care about bug spray at all so it's such a pain in the ass to get your miles in when you want to run.
Had covid, mild case, followed protocols for tx, and I ran and lifted the entire time. It definitely impacted my cardio for a few weeks, mostly due to mucous buildup. There was possibly some lung inflammation. Now that all inflammatory mediators are gone, I’m back to 100% in all lifts and cardio. Not sure how the vax impacts people in this regard.
That's almost the only thing I eat. We buy it from friends that own a larger farm than ours.
People think I'm nuts because it goes against everything they are told is a healthy diet.
I lost 160 lbs over lock down on a keto diet with intermittent fasting.
I took a break this summer, and the number 1 thing I miss is the mental clarity, so Im jumping back in.
I recently deadlifted 400lbs for the first time in a really, really long time. I'm 30lbs from my personal best from back then.

Has lebron James took the jab yet?
