Amazon has a zinc+quercetin combo supplement for pretty cheap considering the dosage and amount it contains.
2 pills is 22mg of zinc and 800mg of quercetin but I just take 1 pill daily. So half of that. Still over 100% daily zinc recommendation (plus whatever you get from daily vitamins and diet which can easily put you at 200% daily) and plenty of quercetin to do its thing.
It's like $25 for 120 capsules so it'll last me 4 months.
Also, took a 16mg dose of ivermectin via paste (4 notches as each little notch is 4mg give or take) with 100mg zinc to go with it for general deworming as I have never tried to rid of parasites assuming they are rare unless you drink pond water or walk barefoot.
Then I found out just how common they are.
Don't expect to find earthworms in your stool but most parasites are very tiny. I have noticed some differences in the days after taking the ivermectin in observing before flushing.
Just a caution: too much zinc is bad for you. I would not go over 25 mg. a day. Maybe half a pill would be better if you are consuming lots of zinc in other foods daily.
Someone said 50 should probably be your limit but they do sell quercitin as a standalone supplement so you can go just for that. Many say not to exceed 500mg or so. That's why I take one of these pills, both as the label suggests is 800mg.
The zinc you take will absorb much better throughout your body with the quercitin and be far more useful.
Recommended zinc is like 28 mg. daily. Also, read that zinc and iron can cancel each other out, so if anemic zinc can deplete your iron intake. Not good. Always good to do the research when combining supplements. Not an expert, but learning so much about the body since this covid started to keep my husband healthy!
Yes. Its a zinc ionophor (spelling might be bad). Similar to HCQ.. but over the counter. I've just added it to my regiment.

Can't hurt to do and put any doubts to rest.
One other point of caution. Ivermectin and Quercetin may be contraindicated so take one in the am and the other pm.
I took IVM before I got the quercetin zinc combo, and it was just a one time dose but that is valuable advice to have for others to see.

1 pill is 11mg, not too bad. The 100mg pill was to combine once with the ivermectin dose.
Question: If I already take zinc 50mg daily, will the added zinc in the combo of what you mentioned of zinc/quercetin be too much zinc?

Can it be purchased at Walmart or Target etc? Or do I have to go to Amazon?
