Someone said 50 should probably be your limit but they do sell quercitin as a standalone supplement so you can go just for that. Many say not to exceed 500mg or so. That's why I take one of these pills, both as the label suggests is 800mg.
The zinc you take will absorb much better throughout your body with the quercitin and be far more useful.
Recommended zinc is like 28 mg. daily. Also, read that zinc and iron can cancel each other out, so if anemic zinc can deplete your iron intake. Not good. Always good to do the research when combining supplements. Not an expert, but learning so much about the body since this covid started to keep my husband healthy!
