A rock is more dense than the atmosphere so it falls to the flat earth which is inside a dome with it's own laws of matter. A ballon can float in the sky because helium isn't as dense as our atmosphere. This doesn't seem "logical" to you yet?

The diameter of the earth was calculated in ancient times based on sun angles. A flat earth would not have given the same results.
It's simple to understand by those of us with triple digit IQs.
