I have been a sleepwalker ever since I was a child. I've done everything from run a bath to cut my own hair in my sleep. I don't think I do it anymore. But at least did it well into my twenties.
Maybe set up some bells on the door to your bedroom and when you open and close it the bells will bring that would wake your husband up. Or you could get some of those fuzzy handcuffs and handcuff yourself to the bed those are things that I would do if I felt it was necessary
unfortunately i dont remember where i saw the references i am thinking of
it was a movie where a neighborhood girl was entering someone's apartment and moving things around .... just enough to disrupt but so subtle one would almost not notice ....
there are many examples but this one in partifcular {may have been a foreign film or indie} seemed just like what you were describing....
oooo there is a utuber who i watch for other reasons an i thkn she mentions something that her ex husband was totally gaslighting her before the end .... turnng the stove off when she was coooking and then saying he didnt do it .... when i find her channel i will link it
Not really. I am retired and just got a smart phone a few months ago.
I got it for emergency situations.
I do not go out except for shopping and Doctor's appointments.
The home phone is a land line.
Would the video work at night?
If you could give me more info I would truly appreciate it as I am near tears when I finally go to bed.
If I give you my email address does it give it to all who read this post?
If not is there a way we could privately communicate so you could explain what I need to do?
Thank you.
Try to get everything resolved in your head before bed. Not done, just specific plans. You're trying to resolve things in your sleep. Get more exercise, reduce sugar, caffeine, anything that might keep you from going completely asleep. If anyone is around they can ask you what you're doing and usually get an answer. ymmv ianad ianal
Are you taking Ambien? This sounds like a common side effect from that drug.
That's just what I was going to say
I forgot about that. edit: Holy shit "allergy medicine"!
I do not take any sleep aids at all.

How would I know?
there was recently an expose on someone who was being gaslighted ....
it sounds very much like your situation
objects moved ... things slightly disturbed
Chickyrogue can you give me more information on the expose?
I am terrified as it is now happening several times a week.
Turning off ceiling fans, ordering online, emptying shelves of blankets and throwing them on the floor.
My Fitbit shows me Awake during REM.
Any info will be greatly appreciated.
TY.

the youtube channel is paula m
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qo7J21vyYs
here she discusses some of the abuse from her husband in others she describes the gaslighting but its all intermingled so good luck
ps she is also on twitter and i bet she would discuss this further she seems like an open person about her experience
Thank you again!
What would I do with a phone?

This has zero to do with Q. Maybe you need Police help.
Someone sincerely asked for help. Are you sure it has zero to do with Q?
agreed. How are you doing, CrisP?
No.
This simply isn’t appropriate here.
Stop testing the mods.
They may indeed not be up to the challenge, but it needs to be clear, this is embarrassing forum-sliding nonsense.
Thank you for speaking up.

Stop taking the allergy meds. ianad
I did stop them weeks ago which is why I was shocked I ordered them Sunday!
Withdrawal then maybe. The only thing I can recommend from first hand experience is fasting. Look into it and decide for yourself.
Thank you!
