We believe you wil be the healthcare force of the future. You will come back. Your decision of being non-vaccinated proves your maturity and responsibility. If you're responsible for yourself you're in a better position to be responsible for the others too. The other way it doesn't work.
We all hope that the tides will turn and you will have big come back.
At this stage the following are important:

Take care about your status. Collect all proofs why you're getting fired so you can prove discrimination in the court in the future.

Make notes about all fraudulent and criminal activities you've witnessed at work. In months time you can forget the details, so make notes, facts, dates, names, everything that can be verified in the future based on the medical records. You just need to note what you may need to refer to in the future. Believe me: you will forget 90% of the details. Note them! Patient name or number, date of treatment, what was incorrectly handled. You will be a witnesses when the time will come.

Make sure you've got contacts to all your fired co-workers. Don't be left alone. Once they cut your employment and prohibit to come the place of work you may find it difficult to find the others. Buy old fashioned contact book. Don't wait, do it now.

Using the contacts above - setup communication tools that will make easier to act as a group. You can share legal fees (even at better rates) when you act as a group. You can also communicate better to plan next legal moves. If you act a group you've got better (network) access to any help you may need.

Prepare your testimony to share with people around the world. They have the same problem as you do. If you don't have the courage yet - make notes, you will use it later. You will be stronger once you see the support from other people.

Don't sign any papers if you're given. They had enough time to prepare it. You haven't! They're in a better possition if they give you long, unknown document. You can miss something important that can potentially block your opinions and moves in the future. Reject to sign, but get the copy signed by them to review/read. Use maximum time allowed to wait to review it with the lawyers. Sometimes it's better not to sign anything than to sign the document that gives you 2x your monthly salary. You can potentially sue them for more, court can force them to pay you for the whole duration of a legal battle as if you were employed, you can also have your job back when the time comes. Once they're fired - you can get promoted too.

Build alliances. Contact America frontline doctors, doctors - whistleblowers, etc.

Without all those entities taking their cut, healthcare workers should be able to charge far less and still make similar amounts to what they were making before, so you and they should be able to come to an agreeable price point.
These hero doctors are switching to tele-med. my family followed our “new” doctor after she lost her job in a hospital for not taking the jab. Initial telephone consult was a little higher priced but worth every cent to support the independent health practitioners.
they really are heroes. These people are the ONLY healthcare workers I would see now. Not a chance in hell I would go seek health care advice or medical consultation from the useful idiots that helped to perpetuate the monumental fraud that is covid-19.
The only good thing about covid, the vax and mandates is that it is THE ultimate litmus test. We now know every single compromised person/ business in all of society and where to spend our money and time accordingly.
You will also be part of a new medical industry that is not bought and paid for by the suffering of humanity, but by helping people get and stay well.

Physicians will, I assume, still have their medical license. They should purchase independent malpractice insurance and see patients via home visits.
And for people who are worried they are not gonna receive the medical care they need. Befriend some of these terminated people if you can with maybe a network of other families who might all agree to hire them on retainer for possible future illness. These people need continued monthly income and we can help by sponsoring them. They can return the favor by helping us stay out of the hospital when we get sick or educating us on how to perform basic medical care.
The time to stock up on the meds you need was yesterday but if you didn't do it then, do it today.

I used buy-pharma.md because it does not require a prescription and I am sick of paying doctors fees and supporting the allopathic system to get the drugs I need...when I can even get a doctor to prescribe. The site I used had a long delivery window 20-30 days, so don't delay any longer. Expecting a very dark winter, indeed, unfortunately.

I just ordered with them for the first time and still have about 5 days before I expect delivery. To the best of my knowledge the meds are legitimate. The website was listed among other pharmacies that fill prescriptions for Ivermectin at FLCCC covid19criticalcare.com/pharmacies
That is not a guarantee or maybe even an endorsement of the brand by the FLCCC but it does lend some legitimacy to the company from my perspective. I'd be glad to revise this response when my meds arrive.

Yes. Medical staff knows what to prescribe but the DS blocks the access. Medicines in many countries have been blocked by rouge government officials. In Poland for example: Plaquil has been prohibited in Jan 2020 (plaquil is a version of hydroxychloroquine).
Yes. These nurses are heroes. They need not suffer anymore than they have. Their waiting for justice will be slow or even non-existent considering the current judicial system we have today that has shown itself as being corrupt. These nurses are critical to help the tens of millions of Americans that oppose the medical tyranny occurring.
We can build a parallel society. I have imagined this idea for a very long time. I became disenchanted with the corporate church in the early 2000s. Increasingly I witnessed the influence and infiltration of government in the church. With the Obama Administration, this infiltration kicked into high gear. The pastor I knew and other churches rolled over to this damning influence. I lost faith in the church and found comfort in small meet-ups and home bible groups. My thoughts were -- "Isn't this how Christians are suppose to worship? I sought out looking for other groups that were of similar thoughts. What I found was intriguing to me. It was the Amish, who help me find the key to how it could be done. I am not advocating living in 19th Century darkness because that is not how the Amish actually live. What I am talking about is community oriented. They live in a successful parallel society. In fact, the Amish don't vaxxinate their children and the studies show they are persisantly healthier and less sickly vaxxinated children.
Gab founder Andrew Torba is also onto this idea of building a parallel society. It is the right time to do this. We need heroes like the nurses and doctors who have been fired for not wanting to be part of an evil experiment. I look at this evil as more than just an experiment, but a worldwide unfolding of beast network to enslave the masses of humanity.
These nurses should unite with the Frontline Doctors and the reach should employ all the people who are opposed to this tyranny. Whether it is through setting up clinics, mobile medical units, or home visits, we can emulate what the Amish have already succeeded in doing.
We need construction workers, plumbers, HVAC, land developers, realtors, drivers, truckers, pilots, machinists, metallurgists, computer scientists, programmers, hydrologists, and all the other people who are not complying to unite and ply their trades in a parallel society. If the enemy is dividing us into vaccinated versus un-vaccinated, which they are most certainly are, we need to fight back by uniting and pooling our professions in a parallel society.
These nurses are heroes, but so are the other professions that have lost their jobs. Their talent does not have to be wasted, it is needed more than ever.
These are the real heroes. I would pay any of you privately for my health. I would trust you implicitly for what you did.
Someone formed a private group on telegram for us. We've allowed others who work in our vicinity for other organizations to join our group too, power in numbers. Many of my coworkers are now suspended w/o pay for 28 days to come into compliance, though they still have their health insurance, probably have to write a check for their premiums that would normally come from their paycheck. I've got news for these organizations, if you've suspended someone who refuses to get the jab, I doubt they are going to comply in that 28 days. They'll use their time to look for another job. I read one person's message this morning. She had left our organization because she was promised there would no jab mandate. Well guess what, there is at her new place of employment. She should have gotten it in writing before she took the job. They are making her double mask, n95 plus a regular mask on top of that 🙄😡 and also testing them twice a week and charging it to their(employee) health insurance company. I think this is illegal as someone brought up osha rules that they cannot make you pay for something they are requiring as a condition of your employment and to file a complaint with osha. Also if you are being mandated by your employer for any of this, file a complaint with your state human rights commission.
Just a heads up. If you do get fired, you will need to create an account with the EEOC and file a claim for employment discrimination. You will have to have an interview with the EEOC local office of your area (only doing phone calls right now). Right now interviews are about a month out. If you plan on seeking legal help this step will need to be done first (as per many legal websites. I was instructed by Liberty Counsel to do this). Most states have a max 180 days from the time of termination to file a lawsuit (some states the max is sooner). So basically, if you get officially fired, get started on the legal stuff sooner than later. There is going to be a long wait.
I’m going through it myself. Document everything! Don’t quit. Make them fire you. And do not accept a severance which does not allow you to take legal action after they act unconstitutionally against your rights. We are at war. Do not lay down patriots. Even though we walk through the shadow of death, we fear no evil!

Thanks! I refuse to get the vaccine as my wife and I are both nurses. However, we closed on our house earlier this year and termination would literally undo all of that. We’d be fine for a max of 6 months, but would be selling the house and losing everything we worked for.
