The question is how does a vaccine relate to the fertility rates of populations if not through a sterilizing agent? And if Bill Gates is sterilizing people with vaccines without their knowledge or consent, that is a crime against humanity, whether he does it to a hundred million people or a billion.

This is what is called "a difference without a distinction." Even if he were to be simply trying to control the birthrate only, and leaving the general population alone, he would still be guilty under Nuremberg laws. You don't just go around fiddling with people's bodies, no matter how morally superior you think you are, without their informed consent.
But it appears that Gates has a bigger problem... the vaccines ARE killing the general population. And for that he needs to face a military tribunal.
