Be careful in Emergency Rooms. The staff can interpret things many ways and if they deem you are intoxicated, senile, mentally ill and a few others you can lose some of your rights. ER physicians have legal powers and can deem you mentally ill for refusing a vax or getting belligérant. Once that happens you can be committed. Read the fine print before an admission to a hospital especially through the ER. Use urgent care clinics whenever possible. https://www.emedicinehealth.com/patient_rights/article_em.htm
My mother and father, both elderly, were diagnosed with covid last Saturday and my dad was taken to the hospital via ambulance on Sunday....they have determined this is end of life. His age (94) prevented them from putting him on a vent (praise the Lord).
We wanted to bring him home....they didn't want to let him go. My brothers and sisters created such a fuss, called his family doctor of 40 years who got up and went there at 2 am and signed him out! He wanted to die at home and that's what will be. When after 2 days of no contact from the hospital staff about him (he was in IC in a covid unit) they all marched up there and pitched a f-ing fit...probably lucky they didn't get arrested..
This is in ohio...he will now be surrounded by all of his family and friends when the Good Lord calls him home. So many people did not have this option for their loved ones...so sad...
Thank you Angel...We are grateful to have him in his home, with my mom and surrounded by family....I'm heading there this weekend...hopefully he will make it until I get there...
Blessings for you dear..
Actually during Rona they were not letting family in, wouldnt even tell family on phone how patient is doing. (Used HIPPA for the excuse). They USED TO let power of attorney in but no more. This IS illegal and every patient has right to leave AMA, but no more. Hospitals are now extinction centers.
I was so close in scheduling my heart surgery but no more. The whole med system is collapsed.
Every patient is entitled to an advocate!! No one ever should be alone during such crisis!!! They are in distress, any decisions should be made with the help of an advocate!!!! This should be illegal, as we know it is already inhumane!!! Fuck these cocksucking assclowns on a profit power trip!!!
Not new perhaps but thé blatant abusé of power by physicians, hospitals and police, and the shabby and abusive treatment, even criminally negligent treatment of average citizens is acceptable under the Biden gang. So now it’s overt and common.
I live on the West Coast (Tampa area); friends parent admitted to hospital; no visitors allowed; friend put up a fuss and was trespassed. Parent very sick with covid and no one to watch out for them. I have no trust in our local health care system anymore.
They usually limit you to 1 person for general hospital visitation but I'm not sure if that changes if you're someone who ends up testing positive. My uncle passed today at home (multiple heart attacks and liver failure, the guy had 9 lives it seems lol) but when he was in the hospital we had a tough time trying to see him. They let 2 at a time for a bit then some nurse started power tripping and said everyone had to go because it was "too much traffic"
It's all horse shit and I've concluded that the medical system is completely evil. I actually think he passed so peacefully because by getting back home he was able to be surrounded by loved ones.
This is true. It happened with my father. Thankfully he didn’t die but they were trying to kill him. He fought the nurses. Literally took swings at them and spit his food at them. He pulled out his IVs. They were so sick of him they finally let him come home. If your loved one is in the hospital tell them to fight like my father did. It saved his life.
I was following this story on telegram a few weeks ago, as I live near this hospital, but haven’t seen any updates. This is outrageous! He was in an induced coma on a ventilator. They wouldn’t let his wife in to see him. They were trying to transfer him to another facility for different treatment, but the hospital wouldn’t release him.

This is very good advice.
Agreed.. although Dr.Ardis states you can get a pastor to ordain you or family member and that grants you permission to freely visit in the hospital..
My friends mom and dad imprisoned due to covid. His dad died on ventilator recently.
They'll do that until some sick ass leftist goes in there and waste the entire staff.
Years ago I hurt myself during a night terror and required immediate medical help
They refused to close the wound until my toxicology came back, they didn't believe me
Despicable.

Blessings that this madness stops...
Praying for peace for your family. 🙏

Yes, I could use some diagnostics and such but won't step foot in a hospital.

This is why I avoid hospitals. It would have to be something really bad for me to go. I pray about it and if God tells me to go, then I go.
American cops are starting to act like third world cops. Drunk on "power".
This isn’t new
Not new but more common I would say.

Starting?
We didn't have cops for quite a while in tbe early US. It turns out you don't need them.
They have been doing This the entire time

The protocol is identical across hospitals in every state. It doesn’t matter where you live.

Usually no visitors at all if positive covid patient.
They will deny the vaxxed and masked family members to go inside. Pure horror.

I don’t think attacking a nurse is a good idea
If they are attacking you then it’s a fine idea
In normal times you would think so but Covid has changed everything. If my father was a compliant patient he would probably be dead.
If you're being assaulted (medical treatment without consent is assault) you are expected to physically resist.
FUCK THE BLUE
