Vanessa @veevee369 1h I would definitely cease all iron supplements and avoid iron fortified foods.
Low iron mitigates viral survival: insights from evolution, genetics, and pandemics—a review of current hypothesis
Conclusion
RNA viruses pose a unique challenge to modern healthcare, with an average of 2–3 new pathogens being discovered yearly. Their overarching requirements for iron, along with human evolutionary and genetic adaptations which favored an iron deficiency phenotype, ultimately suggest the potential need for iron control in these infections.
Donate blood if you are worried about Iron. Its actually recommended Men donate once a year to get rid of excess Iron in our Blood
I just go to my local barber for a good bleeding.
😅🤣😂
Didn't know that donating blood reduces excess iron.
Thanks.
I have seriously been thinking about banking some of my own blood just in case I needed it. I would literally die of trauma if I thought I had the blood of some vaxxed in my system.
But do you trust the people storing it to give you your own blood. Just find an unvaxxed universal donor to keep at the ready!
I don't trust anyone except my wife, and my son.
I see just let someone store their blood in the own body with a promissory for later withdraw. It might work is a reciprocal.
Well, maybe your wife and son could donate to you then you don't have to mess with storing yours. We should probably all know our blood type. I used to donate all the time to improve my blood but I got turned off by the antics of the Red Cross (child trafficking and boxes of money) and haven't since. They BEG me incessantly. I personally would only give to someoneI know in need.
No, I don't want any of that blood my wife has in her. She's too mean.
What a strange way to promote blood-letting.
lol
I have been thinking the same thing. If the red blood cells are damaged there'll be loose toxic iron. I expect the body will mop that up better if you are not replete with iron
That is one of the symptoms of covid, excess iron in the blood. It is the cause of reported very dark period. Probably associated with vax damage as well.
Hemoglobin needs iron to bind.
I, uh... Don't think this is the "best" advice.
Maybe it'd be bad for someone who took the "vaccine" though...
You can easily go overboard with iron, sure, and very few people need to supplement. They put a lot in fortified cereals, but you'd have to eat a lot of it to cause issues.
I'm hoping this isn't just a ploy to discourage the consumption of red meats...
This is a good read with links to research iron. It's a necessary nutrient, but all wheat in the US is iron fortified and consequently most Americans already have excess iron. https://greatawakening.win/p/12kFGPO7ph/fat-stores-excess-toxins-to-isol/c/ Given that damaged blood cells release iron into the bloodstream as a symptom of covid, it's likely good advice to most Americans that they should avoid iron generally, and especially iron supplements. Just like PSAs about salt, the establishment and media are not interested in your health.
Did you notice the researcher comment:
Iron exists in two oxidation states, Fe2+ and Fe3+ (certainly “amusing” in the context of the notorious CovFefe Tweet), says he.
Yea I'm sure were not talking about total iron depletion here. Just lay off the Geritol for a bit maybe.
The:
In the OP is what concerned me.
The article I think came off of a link of Walter M. Chesnut, and that dude knows what he doing. He tried to warn everyone about the dangers of Sars-CoV2 vaccine way back in Jan 2020.
