My employer has finally said we either get vaxxed by December 8th or be terminated.
I have tried reaching out to Americas Frontline Doctors legal group for help but have not received any replies.
Does anyone here have any suggestions or advice on what I can do? I am thinking of the religious exemption, and I actually do object to the use of human and fetal tissue, but I doubt they will accept that.
The company says this is because we have federal contracts so we have to do it no matter what.
Any ideas guys?
They are using the "Federal mandate" as a guideline.
So the OSHA part about 100 e.ployees.or larger does not even come into play.

Which means, employers can't legally point to the feds as the ones mandating it. THEY ARE. Which means THEY ARE LIABLE for any side effects!

14042 is directed at Fed contractors - and directs the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force to establish jab requirements, which they did. Fed contractors have until Dec 8 to be fully vaccinated.
I thought there was for the Mandate for Federal Employees.
