Daughter sick with something. Cold, fever and shit in her chest. I gave her the human grade I ordered overseas. One day later fever is gone, energy is back and she's on the mend!
As prophylaxis, I took the sour apple paste double dose for a 220 horse (so 440lb on the notches) per the FLCCC guidelines. In conjunction with 10k IU D3, 1000mg C and 50mg Zinc.
One day later and my head feels much more clear. It's my 3rd time taking it one time prophylactically and everytime my brain feels sharper and my energy levels increase!
Never gonna be afraid of the horse paste ever again!
A virus is a parasite. It cannot replicate outside a host so it replicates inside the human cells. It is zinc that prevents the virus from replicating. Ivermectin, quercetin and many other things act as an ionophore which basically puts the zinc in your cells to prevent replication. NAC is good for protecting your cells and detoxifying graphene oxide.
Read the above article from Pubmed and read through all the information from FLCCC which totals about 80 pages but half is footnotes. It really explains how all the supplements work and which ones don't. It has SO MUCH information. I printed out all the information so I can keep rereading and learning. The 6th person in our family just got covid so I've been pretty busy distributing the necessary supplements and sharing the knowledge necessary to be successful. Knowledge is power and I have seen a lot of sketchy info and I certainly hope people do their own research as to amounts of anything they are taking. FLCCC says you can double or triple the amount you can take based on your weight. The horse paste lines up the same mg/kg as the pills. Also ivermectin should NOT be taken with quercetin. One in am one in pm. This is all from FLCCC protocol information.
You can type in [ivermectin and cold sores] and any research should pop up. I use a drop of Melissa oil and a homeopathic if I feel a cold sore coming on and it stops it in its' tracks. The next time I may experiment with taking ivermectin internally and using it externally. That is how it is used or scabies which it is well known for treating. There are topical products ot there with Melissa in it so you don't have to buy an expensive oil. It'll be fun to see what all ivermectin can do.
Good question, OP. I've been wondering the same thing. What's the difference between the two Durvet versions of Ivermectin, other than one is more expensive than the other? I've been unable to see a difference as far as ingredients go.
You didn't leave the link, but I went over there and looked for the durvet ivermectin. There were 3 results. None of them listed the ingredients. There is one that has only the 1.87% ivermectin as the main 'active' ingredient and there is another type that has the 1.87% ivermectin AND something else. It might be that one with the pyronantel or whatever it's called. It would be better to look at the box or to find a site that shows the box and you can read the ingredients.
Yeah, I don't know. It appears to be the same quanitity, so not sure about the difference OR the price difference. I know a pharmacist pede here said that most of the other ingredients were inert, except for the one that had both the ivermectin and the other active ingredient I can't remember the name of. I know I wouldn't trust a website to get all the info correct, so if nothing else, I'd check around (like on amazon) for the same thing but with a close up of the box label with ingredients.
At any rate, I don't think you're dead so you probably took the right one. If you have any concerns though, and if you still have the box, check for the active ingredients. I hope you got it right and it's working.
I haven't tried it yet. I've been looking for it for awhile, but everyone had been out of it. A pede on the board said you could get it at valleyvet.com, so I ordered a couple when I had the chance. I should get it in the mail tomorrow.
I don't need it right away. I just wanted to have some on hand, just in case.
Yeah, good idea. And I know there is at least one pharmacist pede here, so you could always post a shout out on the board asking for his/her help if it turns out you have the one with the extra ingredient. Hopefully you won't need it, but it's good to know you have it, just in case.
Yes. It's the same. Here is a review of the Duramectin and what do you know? His name is Brandon!

“Better to be safe than sorry. Two pea sized squirts with 50mg zinc, 1000mg C and vitamin D3 twice a day helped my 175lbs horse get unsick in 4 days.”
My experience was great, odd thing though didn't know I had any problems with my teeth, but after a couple days on the horse paste my teeth became sore and puss came out. Some bacteria are known to love the pulp area inside of teeth.
The horse paste definitely killed something off, doing it twice per year from here on out.
My horse isn’t sick but I did just order some for him. I looked a few weeks ago and it was like $6 on Amazon now it’s $30….figured if I wanted to save my horse I better get it now…..Brandon has caused so much inflation geeeeeeze.
My 200 lb horse is taking about as much as you would put on a tooth brush once a week for the last month to make sure it's save for his little horses and mare in case they get the bio-weapon from chy na....
My horse is also gonna get a full blood work panel done soon to make sure it is not going to harm his little horses and mare long term...
Also had a 67 year old horse at work that started getting a bad cough friday and he took it two days in a row and out worked 30 year old horses today...
That's the one fren. Hope it helps your horse stay strong and healthy for the fight ahead. Hi-Ho Silver!!!

I have to agree on the energy levels.
Cold sore started and the paste nixed it!
Interesting! I wonder if it could knock out the virus completely?
It stops the replicating. Idk what will remove it from the nerve tissue.

Is there any info to read about ivermectin and cold sores?

I checked their fact sheets on the mfgr website https://www.bimedaus.com/ and they are the same active ingredient, yet one is wild apple flavored. See for yourself https://www.durvet.com/product-category/equine/deworming-equine/
Yeah, I noticed that. So, why the big price difference, I wonder?
If memory serves, one has another medication as well. You want the one that is only ivermectin, not the other.
Take a look at this website page from Chewy.com. There are two Durvet Ivermectin pastes on it. Both list the ingredients as 1.87% Ivermectin.

Oops! I copied it, but I guess I forgot to paste it. Okay, I confess, I ate the paste. :-P

I narrowed it down to just the two -- they're at the top of the page (Durvet Ivermectin and Durvet Duramectin). Both list only 1.87% ivermectin.
You have to click on the item, then once you are there, there's a tab you click for the ingredients.
Chewy is, but did you try valleyvet.com?

Good. Three tubes of horse paste was delivered a few weeks ago and I'm storing it in the fridge for when it's needed / the first sign of any sniffles.
Not that I live in fear, but it's good to try new things and the horse paste was relatively cheap.
Stay away from any Big Pharma medicine claiming to be "like" Ivermectin because those are just as deadly as the clot-shot!

Eww, that sounds awful, fren! How long did that aspect of it last? I mean the puss and so forth? Hope you got through that quickly.

It works. And it works fast.
