Um... Since when does 'damning evidence' count for shit in our justice system? We had an absolute fuck-ton of rock solid evidence that the 2020 election was stolen and no court would even look at it.
I'm not saying that Joe Biden is winning or anything. I believe that patriots are in control. But I don't think our justice system is functional at all when it comes to the cabal. They can do anything they want, any time they want.

Declas has today proven to have happened after former DNI Ratcliffe said he had authorised thousands of classified intelligence documents to Durham and other investigations..... this could only have happened with the Declas by Trump allowed the investigations to get around the security wall of the DS..... by declassifying on two occasions, that we know of, Trump has ensured that the investigations will get all of the information they need without redactions or the game of trying to get security clearances.... and the time that takes if at all.....
This is far from over. FBI is corrupt and Biden can't be arrested while president. He would have to be impeached. I would guess all charges will get dropped.
