I see two choices here. The first is to jab or be fired and THAT is not a choice people should have to make. It is coercion and blackmail, as you say.
But imo there "is" a choice to comply. People can 1) make the decision to fight or 2) stay, take the jab, and accept that if things go awry it was their decision to go along with the policy, not the policy itself, that is to blame.l. I know it's not easy to start over in a job but people have been doing it since long before covid. If this is ever to end people have to stand up and say no

Our jobs have always been a big focus in our lives. Before there were jobs in the modern sense, we worked the land and/or hunted and that was a big focus of human life. Survival requires work to create or develop raw materials into resources that can sustain life.
War sucks, and we are in a war. At least we're not under carpet bombs.
Yeah but as someone on the opposite side of that argument… I am seeing weak men and woman fold to the vax because they think they are being “forced” —but really aren’t. I don’t believe You are being “forced” to take it at this point either. People are being tricked but nobody has had a gun to their head yet or has been physically held down and injected (at least in the US). MANDATES ARE NOT LAW.
That’s not true yet either. All have been verbal threats of being fined. I haven’t heard of a single fine for businesses yet. That won’t happen until it would be applied from OSHA. The companies firing people are super libs and are acting out of fear of an edict—not a law. Just weak leaders all around.
Hold strong. Half the country doesn't believe in the wax and you can work for one of them.

My thought, there are so many ways to make money without having to be under a corporate system. Leave your job, walk away, start something new. Don’t let a job force you to do anything that you don’t want to do, remember that you are an individual. You have to run from any toxic environment, job, relationship whatever it is, you have a choice, it isn’t always an easier one but you do whats right to you.
Most people fear change. I love change.
