I still don't understand why Biden's handlers never had him rescind this EO. What kept them from doing it? What was the actual, true reason why they never did?
What would have happened if they had done so?
What am I (still!) missing about the whole devolution narrative that seems to be forcing Biden and his puppet masters to refrain from certain specific actions? Why can't they just ignore the whole thing, just as they continue to ignore so many other rules?
I heard in order to rescind thst he would have to end the pandemic because it was signed during an emergency ? Someone posted this information which is really good short read
To rescind an EO relating to a national emergency, he would have to declare the national emergency over. He's not going to end the WuFlu emergency declaration, because the democrat politicians love using it as an excuse to be fascists, and his few remaining voters are addicted to living in fear. Ending the emergency would be LOSE/LOSE for Pedo Joe.
This isn't true, a new president can rescind an EO anytime they want. If Biden just tells people not to enforce it, they don't enforce it, there's no reason to bother with the optics of ending it.
No I don’t think a new President can rescind an EO. Trump wanted to rescind DACA but the Supreme Court held it up and Trump came back surprised and happy saying “I guess I had more power than I thought”
The guy(s) playing BuyDan do nothing -- sign nothing, initiate nothing, follow up on nothing. That's the plan. Shut down container movement just prior to major ops. Call it a collapse and hang it on the 'tards -- the Dims. How many Club K missile systems sitting off shore, rather than all over the US?
Yeah, it really doesn't, the word "Port" doesn't appear even once in the document.
here's what it says though:
Sec. 2. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United
States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter
come within the possession or control of any United States person of the
following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported,
withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in: any foreign person determined by the
Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the
Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security:
(i) to have directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or
otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election;
(ii) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material,
or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of,
any activity described in subsection (a)(i) of this section or any person
whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this
order; or
(iii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to
act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property
or interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.
So it does make sense, specially considering subsection a.ii, basically it says anyone involved, in any way shape or form with China (or more specifically, the CCP), which would be pretty much 99% of the big port movers, can't do anything with the goods that get to the US.
At least that's how I read it.
edit:
another part that would support it(this one is actually even broader, and to the point):
Sec. 5. The prohibitions in section 2 of this order include the following:
(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services
by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in
property are blocked pursuant to this order; and
(b) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services
from any such person.
Basically it says "is this stuff coming from china? or any other foreign entity that has absolutely anything to do with china? then you can't do anything with it."
That ought to be easily verifiable. Is it coming from China? I'm still seeing Chinese stuff and it seems recently arrived. Also, what about Italy and the story they were using military satellites to reroute votes? There were a lot of fingers in the election pie.
But that's really beside the point, the EO says that anyone with any involvement with ANY foreign actors that had anything to do, directly or indirectly, with election interference, would have all their stuff confiscated and unable to be moved in any way.
Which pretty much would encompass like at least 90% of all imports, even if we consider just China.
Not saying that it is happening for certain, but just pointing out the EO would in fact impact supply heavily as the OP suggests.
“ may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in: any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security:”
So who are the Sec of Treasury, Sec of State, Attorney General and Secretary of Homeland Security now? That’s right, Biden's Blue hair brigade….theory over.

Really quite mystified about this.

Read this thread and digest. It's not as simple as you make it out to be. https://greatawakening.win/p/13zzHq3aaY/phe
It actually is that simple. I don't care what Praying Medic says, the law is the law.

That's not what happened at all.
So then what happened? Maybe I’m remembering it wrong. I do recall Trump being surprised at the SC sustaining an 0bama EO.
Good su.mRy.

try this
It would be nice if you can point me to which part of the EO that states this.

Ah yeah, I used China as the obvious example

That's basically my objection to this part of the tweet. We wouldn't be wondering about a supply chain disruption, we would definitely know.
Layer on top of that, if you want to block possible covert enemy activity coming near a port, block it up with a shite ton of commercial ships.
Except they are coming in.
Whoa Nelly....

No. Dont understand because I thought same e.o. allowed conf ou scation of assets of goods from companies of those same countries
but if they go to Fla.?????
The current story is that there is a lack of emission compliant trucks... or lockdown rules or something.
Those are very different things, and neither are correct.
Agreed, just reporting on the narratives.
