I'm not trying to throw cold water and I am a former Beagle owner so this is not cool to me but I think that IF the exposure of this animal cruelty is part of a white-hat psy-op, the point isn't to arrest fauci for animal abuse because since it was 'medical research' I think the lobbyists and bought politicians have put protections in place for people who do this. The point may be to expose that simple fact or it may be priming the sleeper's minds for the aids orphan thing. Also, it's a tough sell to make something that was legal now illegal and then prosecute people for doing it so I don't see fauci getting charged with animal cruelty for the experiments.
