I have been giving my 200 lb horse about 1/2 inch of horse paste every friday for about 5 weeks to make sure the other horses in my stable can take it if they get any viruses from people who create viruses for fun.
Was planning on going to get bloodwork at yearly, but last night had to go to the ER for other reasons and they did full blood / urine / imaging and all is well, liver / kidney / etc.
Just an FYI.
Yeah my horse had a sore throat yesterday.
Gave him the measured dose as a precaution.
(Mixed with plain yogurt and honey)
Feeling healthier today. (And Definitely not worse)
Take care of Charlie.
Good to know. Thanks. And, did you disclose to the ER doc that you had/have been doing this? If so, response?
Fuck no, not related to why I was there... lifted equipment like a 20 YO and should not have...
I DID notice the ambulance / check in folks asked if I was poisoned on purpose with a vax but they did not push it...
I talked with the ambulance kids for quite a while while waiting for a room... driver is done after 10 years... other girl who was 300 lbs thinks "moar access for people" is the solution...
They ask if you've been vaxed because most of their customers are.
Does Apple taste any better than original? This 120 lb horse wants to know.
It does not taste good, but I just do it right before brushing my horses teeth... not a big thing.
Thanks.... And, I assumed you did not--I was curious if your situation would require medication, and then if you would have been concerned about a possible drug interaction... -Uh, doc, before you give me that medicine, you need to know I have horse paste in my system. Something like that. Anyway, glad you're ok.
You can always find the interactions on the interwebs ... and I have learned and REALLY suggest EVERYONE read EVERY SINGLE PAGE on shit they are taking...
I wish I had in the past... I will leave it at that for now.
But IVM is pretty stable and not a big deal for most... read up on it tho, don't trust some extremely good looking super smart everyone wants to be me guy on the internet like me ;)
LOL... thanks... will do
If my horse needs to give something to the other horses he cares about, he wants to make sure it's not gonna hurt those other horses.
I ordered some back up from a. Different vendor and those pesky border guards sent me a letter. I’m in Canada.
While I agree in principal... I wanted to absolutely positively, without question know for myself.
It's not the IVM I was worried about... it was is there "something else" in the horse version.
"Their" scare tactic is saying it causes organ damage
If it did, there would be carefully worded warnings in the patient information insert for Stromectol (human ivermectin pills).
Yea but but how's the horse
The horse is kicking ass...
except this horse is over 50 and needs to learn not lift things like a 20 YO any moar.
lol. God bless brotha!
