Adams is a former cop, so he doesn't hate cops like de Blasio does. Adams used to be a registered Republican, so he's likely not a Commie like de Blasio. Adams ran in the primary as more of a centrist, beating out the more woke candidates. So while he's a committed Dem in some ways, there's a chance he might bring back some law and order to the city, which is key, and might not spend his time in office trying to destroy the city.

Even if humanity can excise the great evil, we still have to clean up our neighborhoods and cities. Many Patriots have run for School Boards and City Council and State Government seats. Next is the primaries, but first we need to protect 2022 integrity by continuing to push 2020 AND 2021 into the limelight.
It makes you wonder why anyone would want that job or any political job for that matter. You can never again in your life go out in public. Ever. There are people everywhere that want you dead no matter what your political leanings are. No thanks.
Gardening is also stamina. I worked 4 days last month helping a friend finish her company's big gardens before the snow arrived. It was exhausting but exilerating to be working so close to the plants in the ground.
