OSHA Covid regulations are a "squirrel" to distract you.
Pay no attention. :>)
OSHA has NO authority to regulate vaccinations of employees, nor to impose masks or other safety gear based on vaccination status. Anything they try will be quickly over-ruled by the Federal Judges.
Ignore OSHA as a distraction... and go about your day.
Neither are statutes, acts, codes, ordinances, etc. All are "corporate by-laws" that apply only to employees of the private, for-profit services corporation known as "the United States of America (Corp). Unfortunately, anybody declaring themselves as a "U.S. Citizen" or "Citizen of the United States" or "US CITIZEN" on licenses, passports, SS cards, etc. are unwittingly declaring themselves to be employees of this corporation.
Maxim of Law -> "Ignorance of the law is no excuse/defense"
Such is the game we find ourselves enmeshed in; complete and utter ignorance!
OSHA has no lawful authority outside of the areas of federal jurisdiction, which are: (a) Washington, DC (b) federal territories and (c) federal enclaves.
The only exception would be a business or individual who voluntarily entered into a contract with the federal government, and agrees as a condition of that contract to do certain things. But even those conditions cannot be enforced if they are based on fraud.
People need to grow a pair and tell the feds to kick rocks.
Retianing_H2O: When you say OSHA has no authority to regulate vaccinations of employees. What is your source to back that claim up? There has to be a rule, statute or law specifically for something against this ETA. Don't get me wrong! I hope there is something we can refer to when our scary cat employers freak out and push this false mandate. I can already see my company HR pressing this. Especially when the home office is in the bluest County of a blue state. They already demanded to send our Vax status last Friday! I had nothing to send!
I respect the intent and spirit of your post. It is, however, a request to prove that something that does not exist... does not exist. The only way do disprove his argument is to present US law, federal regulation, USCode.. anything which says OSHA '[has]' the authority permission to do what they are doing.
OSHA mandate is in direct violation of Federal law 21 USC 360bbb-3. All products, including masks, tests and Pfizer BionTech "vaccine" are still under EUA. Under EUA, you cannot mandate any of the above. While they did approve Comirnaty, which they say is the same, yet legally distinct from the EUA administered right now, Comirnaty is not available in the US.
Federal law 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) requires that the person to whom an EUA
vaccine is administered be advised, “of the option to accept or refuse administration of the
product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the
alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.” The reason for the
right of refusal stems from the fact that EUA products are by definition experimental. Even if the
FDA approves and licenses existing COVID vaccines, they will remain experimental and thus
subject to the international requirement that informed consent is “absolutely essential.”

Figure out a way to exact retribution against them personally. No quarter for Nazis or Communists. They do not belong in our country. I know. Easy to say, but we must start thinking of ways.
It would basically mean I'm self employed and rather than working for the company, I would be working on behalf of the company. Same job - I just technically wouldn't be an employee of the company any longer. I'd be self employed and classified as a consultant to the company. They would pay me like any other contractor. I work for a small company and there aren't a lot of frills like 401k match or crap like that I'd be losing. I make a salary, they kick me a reimbursement check for benefits, and I'm bonused at the end of the year. If I move to "self-employment" nothing really changes except they'd pay me a little more to cover the FICA they'd no longer be covering.
Doesn't work that way in California. You pay a contractor a fucking dollar and the State will mandate that they are now your employee with full rights to sue your business for back pay.

Just say no...we do not consent!
Eh, if they do my employer will move everyone to W-9 and we'll all carry on as "consultants."
This sounds interesting. Could you elaborate on this?

well, California went full retard a long time ago. There's no hope for that place.
