Mark of the beast
Oh this place is the beast - their latest Zoom meeting was on how to use LBGTQ terms correctly.
Let's Go Brandon Trump Q
like that??
Ah no - but ha!
I have mandatory “Courageous Conversations about Racism” training coming up. I can honestly say that I’ve received more training about racism than I’ve received for my actual job.
Aren't religious objections also moral or philosophical objections? So they are saying only a non-moral or non-philosophical religion can be exempted?
Ha! I saw a map somewhere that posted what types of objections were allowed in each state. There are 3 possible one - medical, religious, and philosophical. My state does not allow philosophical so I think that is what they are going for.
But federal religious exemptions include moral and ethical. Look up religions discrimination according to EEOC. It's in the opening paragraph.
https://www.eeoc.gov/religious-discrimination
Yes, because even atheists can claim an exemption due to a moral stance.
Thanks!
“And concern about the safety of the vaccine”
That’s the part I find odd.. Seems like an attempt to cover their ass when you come at them for religious discrimination.
I did mention the safety issue in my letter.
there's a section in the Bible called the Q-Source, it's the common material between Matthew and Luke. I'm not on computer, or I'd find the verse. It's about the Holy Spirit being there when we're in need, giving us the necessary 'words' to deal with the enemy.
Looks like it
That's the issue, in order for a religious exemption to look sincere you should not talk about the science or safety. you can talk about hek297 and the mark of the beast stuff.
Violation of First Amendment rights
Yes but HR doesn't care.
Yes. And your sincerely held belief. Litigation do it.
Are they asking you to prove that aborted fetal cell lines were used in the development? They do not contain cells that we know of, but they did use the lines in testing and development.
If you stated that you refused negate the vaccines contain the cells then they could deny.
Yes I wrote "COVID-19 vaccines that used cell lines originating from aborted fetuses"
I would contact your HR and inquire about the appeal process. Also locate your states version of the EEOC and file a complaint.
Thanks. I was told I could appeal
So murder and the threat of suicide are not related to religious objections?
The vaccine is manufactured using murdered babies You could be against suicide, as the vaccine has risks associated with that. Both are key elements of Christianity
Agree
Soooo that’s pretty much what a religion is. 🤣
Wait... What? Abortion?
Did your request mention abortion?
You must have mentioned something about aborted fetus material used in the development or production of the vaccines?
Yes I did. But I had used the same religious exemption letter at 2 other work places ( I am a contract college instructor) and the othe teo granted me the exemption.

You dont make a request for an exemption, you just TELL them, I'm TAKING a religious exemption.
This is an easy lay up for any attorney.
