Disagree with this post. Australians are protesting every day. They want to be free too.
Australians are showing great resilience in the face of harsh measures compared to other Western nations.

I have an Aussie acquaintance that lives in the US. He has property in Australia and wants to go there but can't due to the tyranny. He blames everything on the unvaxxed. If those stupid people would only submit, I could go home. Nothing... no truth, no science, no data, no persuasion from me will sway his thinking. I told him I thought he was a communist, he agreed. When you don't have any news organization with a reputation to hold up, we cannot tell what is true and what is not about Australia.
We definitely have seen images and videos of terrific abuse of the people by Aussie cops, we have no idea how widespread that is, and if it is localized in one geographic location or not.
And we certainly have no solid data how the Australian people feel about it. If there are polls, who is to say if they are rigged or not. Most of our polls in the USA are rigged.
It isn't all a movie. People are dying from the vaccine. My friend's brother was recently found dead in his house from a surprise heart attack apparently. I strongly suspect vaccine, since he was a healthy guy with no history.

Early every morning I take the train into sydney city and it's interesting to see how people conduct themselves with masks.
You see someone in a mask you might think they're a conformist, however there is a sizable number who wear it on the chin, pull it up when there are ticket inspectors.
There are a few brave ones that don't wear masks at all.
It's obvious that alot of people don't like the masks, nor trust the government spin.
But.
People have families to feed and so they don't want to risk a fine.
In general though, people don't want masks, they just don't know how to fight it.
