I believe they are referring to the “red button”. It doesn’t actually fire a nuke, I believe the SS show up en masse. It was never on any of bidens desks so the media said it was for summoning diet cokes. It’s now back with the real POTUS.

This reminds me of that painting with him pulling back the cloth on a easel, the pictures set up on the table behind him seem like the same setup, I remember hearing that it was likely portraits of his parents, but the frames look the same.
