You know this isn't financial advice, but if I wasn't all loaded up and ready to go to the Moon (GME and Silver), I would be taking a serious look at Kodak. Trump started setting them up to produce generic pharmaceuticals in 2020 and though the process hit a snag early on, wouldn't it be just like Trump to have set up a replacement for big pharma. You know, just in case the big pharma companies annihilated themselves by getting exposed pushing a poisonous product...
Another pretty much contemptuous company when it comes to safety of products designed for children.
And this little legal loophole of splitting like a bacterium so that an insignificant piece of the company has 100% of the liability and can be destroyed, allowing the bulk of the company to keep committing crime with a perfect record? That needs to be shutdown fast by congress. Which means it wont be, because the bribes to keep this crime-hack open and exploitable will be flowing thick and fast.
Unless you know, all managers of these companies get executed, all staff get jailed, and all assets are seized as the penalty for vaccine-based murdering.
Crimes against humanity. Criminal malfeasance. They will lose the protection against liability. They should lose anything they do to protect their money. Employers invoking mandates will also be held responsible. The reckoning is at the America’s doorstep. The guilty will pay in many ways.
lol what? that is exactly what is implied in the post
I have an idea. Why don't you submit posts to this sub and show that you know how to bring important information to the discussion, rather than being self designated proofreader? try to offset that 1000 to 1 ratio of yours
Preservation of all good elements. I'd love to be in the boardrooms for these conversations. Removing themselves from the predatory systems that were such a good thing going.
The company, whether it splits or not, was one at the time of Covid and, talc powder, sunscreen. They should be sued based on their assets as one company at that time, not shielded by dividing up.
My friends, we have a trend. GE is setting up to do the same thing, dividing into three companies: aviation, energy and...healthcare.

Kodak has been an utter disappointment for me the past year, but for others that might just mean that it's on sale.
It's been a long year for those holding Kodak. I'm not too bright, but I think it's on sale.
One of the best performers in my portfolio was GE, when Jack Welch ran it.
IBM too (Kyndryl).
This^^^^
For the carcinogens in baby powder I believe.

Will they each be called Johnson? ; )
Yep. Headquartered in a little place called Rock Ridge. ;)

Yeah great idea. The cancer causing side and the heart stopping side. Fantastic
Interesting indeed.
No its to protect the non pharma portions from the lawsuits when they allow them to be sued.

As an aside, I work in the health industry and a B&L rep told me about this happening before COVID.
Covid has been planned for 20+ years
this is clearly a contingency
So it's Johnson AND Johnson now?

Hmmm 🤔
Nice.
File suit before the split
