So the guy gets a massive arm wound. They stabilize his arm and sit him up. All my years as an emt, I have never witnessed someone sit up after massive blood loss. The brain needs blood and pressure.
This dude would have no blood pressure and no blood to the brain. Are we being taken for a ride? That is the location of a major blood vessel. Not a chance this guy is sitting up.

Ever seen a man dismembered and still sitting up fighting for his life? Is it plausible he lost so much blood he couldn't keep going, sure...but he did keep going
According to many , if you put a tourniquet on, all is good and you can resume your day. One person even saiid “no major blood loss”. You don’t put a tourniquet on unless there is major blood loss. Another said the blood congealed stopping blood flow. This is on scene triage. If someone was smart enough to put a tourniquet on, they were smart enough to know that gravity is not your friend.
Stop calling everything fake. It makes everyone here look like a psychopath.
If you see something and you start to rationalize why it is fake, just remember that 99% of your assumptions are wrong. People sit up after major trauma like this. It's not uncommon and there are a million videos out there showing it happen. This picture shows a tourniquet applied directly above the wound which is preventing massive blood loss.
The things you think make this look fake are either wrong or completely normal.

Supposedly shock and some other thing can result in something like what we're seeing here.
Not a doctor though, and haven't seen many biceps shot up before, so no clue to what extent that's feasible.

The tourniquet stops the blood flow, congealing blood at the wound site, minimizing the blood loss effects on conciseness. A non-issue here IMO.
