My theory is that they knew this mandate would not stand, but decided to bluff in the hope that it would prompt companies to push through their own mandate, and make some workers capitulate preemptively.
It really makes a ton of "sense" if you are a sick, satanic communist.
Issue an "EO" stating whatever the fuck you want, no matter how blatantly illegal & unconstitutional, knowing that your fat cat corporate donors will rush to accommodate it.
It's actually quite brilliant; the gov got the private sector to do 99% of their work, AND many private companies will likely pay huge prices for vaxx injuries, rights violations, etc. in the coming years with inevitable litigation.
Our enemy is a lot of things, but stupid is NOT one of them.
I am in the safety trade and get the email updates form OHS and I can not believe they actually wrote an article about this. OHS's previous emails have made them seem like they warship this admin and all the vax crap.
EHS today is worse than OHS. I think they cream themselves every time a new covid thing is announced.
One more off the wall safety company is called Safety News Alert. They sent me an email for a webinar titled how to protect from active shooters. The email was so bad that I had to unsubscribe. They claimed that the increase of work place shootings since 2016 was because of this pandemic.
It depends... It's going to be different for each company. All this does is say that for now, OSHA is not going to enforce the rule until the courts adjudicate the ruling.
If your company really wants a vaccine mandate, this probably will not change their minds.
If they were reluctantly putting a mandate in place because they felt forced to do so with OSHA's ruling, this may help and could possibly cause them to pause their own vaccine policy.
I think it would cause companies to change their mandate policies, however I'm not sure it would necessarily be illegal. I think most states have laws that allow for private businesses to make policies as they chose for vaccines.
Those laws were put in place well before the concept of medical tyranny was foreseen obviously.
Crickets out of the MSM...

Thanks for posting this. I was going to post this as well. You are correct. Crickets from the MSM on it.
Which is exactly what is happening.
Ol poopy pants was even telling businesses to just do it anyway, regardless of the stay.
Oh absolutely!

What about FED workers - they’re using this EO still no to enforce ?

The Fed workers are under a different mandate. The article I posted is for OSHA and the enforcement of the private business mandate.
Health care workers are under their own separate mandate.
It's all very confusing.
Thank you I’m trying to help a friend on this (:
great find, thank you!
