Some videos it’s blurred, others it isn’t. I mentioned this to the wife yesterday, and the video she pulled up off of Disclosetv I believe, showed the seal clear. There was sub headings, but the seal was clear between them.
It’s only blurred out when it it is being shown by anyone other than the office of the president. Even if the VP, or the DNC, or Pelosi tweets it, replays it, etc- the seal has to be blurred out
