Colonoscopy isn't a routine physical or something that just came up today. Brandon spent the last 12 hours shitting out everything he's eaten since childhood from the prep drugs they gave him, or this is an emergency.
Adding to this: it also indicates they might be following up with medical issues that could lead to pants shitting. And 25th Amendment medical follow-ups.

I'm calling shenanigans. If you are getting a colonoscopy you know several days ahead, and you have to take a colon blow about 16-24 hours before the procedure. I guess in his case he does a colon blow all the time considering he shats himself in public
Me too. Colonoscopies are routinely recommended but not after age 70. Unless of course there is an obvious bowel problem, so I guess there's that fig leaf.

Anesthesia is nothing to mess around with when you have dementia. My dad, who had moderate dementia, took a huge turn for the worse after surgery for an aneurism. Anesthesia fried so many brain cells that he was never the same. This may be how they are going to move ol' Joe out of the White House.
