Not sure this applies the way it’s bing portrayed. Looking at the case (I’m just a dumb smooth brain) it doesn’t use the wording that is in the tweet above. It seems to apply to incarcerated persons. Likely I missed a finer detail but I would like to hear more on this.
IMO, when you add deception to coercion, because those injecting the vax know far more, or should, than those receiving it, it amounts to forcible and therefore is a crime against humanity. God Bless those medical professionals who walk away or refuse; they will be needed in the future.
