A super business opportunity exists for a health care company to open a chain of hospitals that only employ american unvaxed nurses, doctors and support staff. When the other hospitals are collapsing because the doctors and nurses are sick and dying from the vax they will be too busy. Also they should prioritize care to unvaxed patients.
For decades, the vast majority of nurses imported from these regions fill the lowest skilled nursing positions (nursing homes), the better ones in non-critical units where they are obedient order-takers.
The hospital admits the need for “cultural transition” from the Philippines, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, India, countries where supplies are often reused due to severe limitations — cleanliness standards far below what a Westerner would find acceptable.
The greatest cultural gap is that sense of initiative, urgency, and the ability for situational leadership —traits associated with the American work ethic and strongly correlated with quality patient outcomes.
It’s time for Americans to follow the Woke Rules: demand “culturally appropriate” care from your own identity group, for 72% of us that’s American of European descent.
CoxHealth in Springfield MO has hundreds of Filipino nurses as well. Many struggle with English and have to have “assistance” to pass their nursing boards.
Dangerous as fuck. The CEO Steve Edwards just announced his retirement effective next May along with a story about his recent cancer diagnosis. Cancer won’t save you from what’s coming Steve. When the shady shit he has done comes to light he will be run out of town. Evil fucker.
I think many "healthcare" organizations will go under from the weight of lawsuits by both former employees wrongfully terminated and by patients families when they find out they murdered their loved ones and knew what they were doing. We just have to hold on a little while longer. These nurses will be sent packing eventually, I don't give a shit what these hucksters of healthcare poison say.

What gets me is you have to be licensed in the state to work as a hospital nurse.
Does it really matter anymore since none of us would go to a hospital now-a-days except to die.
