Leaders aren't often fanatical about anything that doesn't benefit themselves personally. It the vax was truly for our own health and well being, but there was no money to be made in bribes... the leaders wouldn't even care about it.

What if nation means "a people" and therefore a people ignoring to sustain themselves; while shirking responsibility over self sustenance onto representative leaders...leads to corruption of understanding as to why so called nations fall apart?
Is there any nation run by its people or are the ignorant many domesticated by submission to the representative few?
