Don't try to sell anything Q on Etsy. I got my shirts taken down... They were just an American flag on the front and WWG1WGA down the back. I also got a letter telling me if I tried to sell anything like that again my account would be suspended.
I've been looking into that potential within my expertise.
The barrier I keep running into either comes down to a large initial investment and/or entering competition with large and well established companies.
The first alternative ideas I considered was to look at products only made in China to consider viability of a North American equivalent. That tends to add in a third option of "if it wasn't cheap, would anyone buy it?"
Oh well, since I'm still employed with a no vax required company I can carry on more artistic ventures.
Start your own business. There has never been an easier time. There are so many avenues to promote your skill or product. Like Craigslist, Marketplace, Google Ads, Instagram, etc.
All shithole companies, but great for marketing
When it comes to the advertising/awareness, that would be a direction that is almost not even a choice. That's still putting the cart before the horse, if I don't have anything to advertise (I mean, I could advertise my trade work, but that would feel like a step backwards at this stage... and not that there's anything wrong with trades, just when you get into more technical roles known)
My point was more that to compete against Honeywell or Schneider, that's a hurdle on it's own.
The general idea that I've been making as a hobby, inspired by frens, was to start making media that is not cucked or degenerate. With free tools and a half decent computer, can make something of a calibre to Male a preview and a sale model. (The real challenge for assistance is that it would be hard to recruit people onto a project for a share on something that may not make enough of a return for time).
Yes!! I've been steadily building my essential oils business for the last few years and find that many people are looking for natural alternatives for health, personal care and nontoxic cleaning products. And with all the pharma stuff coming out I anticipate a lot of growth in the next few years. The nice thing about it too is that it's not like Tupperware or kitchen gadgets, where once you buy them you don't need anymore. Retention rate is super important and easy when people actually need the stuff!
Ill tell you the answer to all of this.
USE YOUR EXPERTISE TO START YOUR OWN BUSINESS!
thats what im doin an im off to a good start! fuck goodwill!
Good move. More rewarding in every way. Plus, when anons run the companies the cabal won't be able to push us around.
Me too
If you don't mind me asking, what do you do? I can print on shirts/bags but hate to get back into the dealing with taxes, unless I do it as a "hobby".
You could just buy a laser cutter/etcher and make yourself

I have a background in construction, but can't do it anymore after being too hard on my body.
Gonna use that expertise, get an FAA drone license and Home inspection license and do home inspections and real estate photography
T-Shirt printing, but im pretty new as well
What I am doing. Will never again have a J.O.B. (Just Over Broke).

Nextdoor is another viable option as it allows businesses two free posts per month.

Sorry for ranting.
Then be willing to relocate. See if My Pillow is hiring. Or SpaceX
Things aren't that desperate yet.
Thank God, as much as I dislike my current job, they accept it as a choice.
