My buddy works for a MAJOR railway and he said 50% of his company polled won’t take vax. Apparently they will take any religious/medical exemption no questions asked. HR can’t handle it. They are already short staffed and if people start quitting it would be catastrophic he said. They are storing containers for $150/day per container because they can’t move them. That buck gets passed onto you know who. I’ve been saying it for a while, TRUCKER STRIKE. Let’s speed this shit up!
Most HR processes are such a headache I bet they are dreading the amount of shitstorm rolling there way if they go forward with this. I bet HR people start quitting too, not what they signed up for. It’ll get interesting for sure!
