Am I the only one surprised that the CEO of a major Big Tech company only makes 350k? In San Francisco, 350k doesn't seem like that much.

Stock that requires him to be in that seat for a certain amount of time before they vest. He will suddenly be removed before this time and the shareholders will all take home their share of the cost savings.
