I would like to know why he wasn't charged with the same "hate crime" charge he FALSELY stated happened to him. If the definition is a crime against others due to their racial backgrounds, then this is a textbook case.

Much as that might seem delicious, the fact is, "hate crime" is an instrument of cultural Marxism, and need to be thrown out everywhere. Charging him with it would simply validate the concept, which is in fact based on lies.
