Hope you're better in no time, fren. Do you know how you picked it up? Also, were you doing anything along the lines of the Zelenko protocol before you got sick?
I went to a Christmas party for my wife's work, apparently got it from a vaxxed who later was found out to have symptoms. Everyone at her work, about 15 people, ended up getting sick a few days after the party. During this entire "pandemic", ive been taking zinc, multivitamin quercetin (occasionally) and nac (about twice a week). About 2 days after the party i woke up with a gnarly sore throat. And my wife got a call to go get tested because her boss was feeling sick. I bought an at home test (2pack) me and my roomate took one my wife went to meijer and took one. All came back positive. Fatigue set it pretty hard, i immediately started up dosage of everything, but still got progressively worse. Not trying to exaggerate, but the last 2 days for me were hell. I still have smell and taste my wife and roommate do not. But i got gnarly chest pain and slight trouble breathing. I looked everywhere for iver, to no avail. Kinda started panicking. I went to a supplement store and found wormwood, which i have to say hasnt done much for me. I think im coming back around slowly. Lost of vitamins, and dayquil, alternating dayquil with Sudafed. I would say vit d has been the best thing probably. Taking 1000 iu twice a day with food. With all the supplements ive been shitting liquid magma non stop.
Ive heard that, but 10k iu sounds crazy i bought the larger dose bottle and it says 1-2 a day with food. Maybe ill up the dose. But im nervous about overdoing any of the vitamins.
I take 10K 5-7 times a week throughout the winter and have done so for about 15 years. My D values are normal. The higher dose is for 7 days if you’re concerned according to the suggested protocol.
Hmm, sort of a half-hearted prophylactic protocol. I am not a doctor, but I have seen doctors on joe rogan and elsewhere saying take a lot more D than that. Like, 5000 iu a day. Also saw someone on here saying they kicked the coof with all kind of daquil, nyquil, theraful, etc. Sounded like they were taking it ALL, lol. You might try doing a search for others who have said they had it and see what they've done. I do think it affects people differently, so what worked for them might not exactly work for you, but hey, you might want to give it a try. You should be through the worst of it now. Oh, and look into the monoclonal antibodies and see if that is available anywhere near you. 20-guage posted a story about them being easily available and free in some cases. Someone will even come to your house to administer them. I don't know how that could be free, but anyway, it's worth checking out, even if you have to pay. Good luck and get better soon.
Thanks, maybe ill try and up the dose of vit d, jusf freaks me out thinking about 5-10k iu of vit d. I just dont wanna hurt my body trying to heal my body ya know.
Haha, yes, I know. Try searching around for doctors talking about treating covid and see what they say. And also, I DM'd you a link that might interest you. Check it out!

10,000 IU each day, not 2,000. Zinc, quercitin, C, K. Check with America’s Frontline Doctors for specific meds in addition to the supplements.

He’s been having “COVID” and pneumonia for at least 2 months https://greatawakening.win/p/13zMwuVGqP/x/c/4JFnJHEpdkH Either a shill or the least healthy person in the world.

It's very difficult to OD on vit d and vit c. I'm super deficient and I take 50k iu of vit d once a week so anything less than that you are good.
