Hello I have been taking Dr Z's vitamin regiment for months now and so far it's been working great but today I have tested positive for the Rona.
Anyone know the dosage change that I need to do at all? A link would be great.

Keep eating.
Keep drinking.
Keep moving your legs, even when sitting.
Keep upright.
Steroids are the way to go, they will keep your appetite up.
My family got hit hard. Prednisone was the only thing that made a difference.
I had HCQ, Ivermectin, Quercetin, and Z-Packs. Chelated Zinc, Vitamin D, Bromelain, and Vitamin C on top of that.
All the above don't matter if you don't eat or drink and stay on your back all day.
It hits everyone differently.

Hospitals are guaranteed to kill you at this junction. Stay far away from them unless you absolutely need an IV bag. Refuse all treatment but IV and straight O2.
Everyone who hasn't been culled in the hospital already is either stupid or evil. They are chop-shops and will say you cannot make your own medical decisions anymore and will restrain your hands against your will so you can't take your mask off. They will up the O2 rate to burn your nose and say you need the bipap.
It snowballs from there.
Refuse the Bipap, Remdesivir, and the Ventilator. The pressure will flood your lungs and kill you faster.
It happened with my mother.
Don't stop eating or drinking.
Covid lung is horrible. Buy a dehumidifier. Steam makes the lungs worse.
Force yourself to eat. Force yourself to drink.
Set alarms to make sure you don't sleep more than 5 hours at a time.
My dad was hit with thrush. Be ready to ask your primary for Nystatin if you start tasting something bitter and a white fuzz gets on your tongue.
This isn't just another flu. It's either a bioweapon or a friggin' EMF weapon. Take your pick, the damage is the same.

If it were me I wouldnt do anything unless I became symptomatic, then I would follow normal dosage and ride it out

Yeah but I was forced to do flows tests by my pregnant girlfriend who has been testing positive since last Friday (we refuse to Vax by the way) today it finally popped posive.
She actually had symptoms and is pregnant so it scared her a bit, she 100% no on the Vax, no matter what 👍
Find a site near you that administers the Monoclonal Antibody shot. Don't wait, there's a short window where they can administer it effectively. I've had 2 family members (both men), that got hit hard with covid and this helps greatly, along with the flccc.net protocol.
I'm trying to track things down in the UK now, the government and by proxy the NHS do not like these things, I'll keep going though 👍
MABs need to be administered within the first 10 days.

PCR tests will pick up a cold. Or your own dna. If you're feeling well I wouldn't worry about it. One of my customers tested positive over the weekend. Her brother-in-law tested positive the week before. Her kids spent a few days at her brother-in-law's house before they spent the week with me. No one else has tested positive. Probably because no 1 else is taking pcr tests.
I managed to avoid it for a week while living in the same house but my luck ran out. I am carrying on taking the z pack and see what happens 😃
Are they antibiotics? Or steroids? I've never taken much medicine throughout my life.... I'm not even sure I know exactly what a Z pack is 🙃
z-pack = azithromycin a common antibiotic usually given for respiratory infections.
I remember when our kids were little my hubby would put his daughter on them all the time. He and his ex wife are a little germaphobic. I never gave my kids antibiotics. She is still sick all the time. I wonder if there's a correlation sometimes.
over using antibiotics especially when young probably would lead to a weaker immune system later.
Not to mention helping to create drug resistant strains.

Just because you tested positive doesn't mean you have the rona because we know the PCR tests are shit. Can you smell and taste?

Yeah it's the third one this week that popped, never tested before.
