The World Wars introduced women into the workplace in mass numbers to pick up the slack of missing men. The cabal, never passing up an opportunity to screw with the stable family structure, brought forth feminism to convince women that they suffered from FOMO by wanting to be full time moms. Then the cost of living increased, necessitating 2 incomes. Throw in the unending consumerist brainwashing, always needing the next best thing, and you have a recipe for family destruction. The cherry on top being Killary's 1992 quote about not staying at home baking cookies and having teas.
I personally know two female Full Blown psychopaths. My impression is that bearing their children was simply a method to create their own fan base of adoring minions. These women thrive on controlling others. Each mother has failed at the endeavor of proper parenting and all six children suffered enormous cruelty. Now as semi-functional scarred adults they want NOTHING to do with their mothers. It’s a very sad situation. These women are absolutely incapable of apologizing and will not ever admit their failure.
There is definitely something missing in a lot of people today. Some divine spark, to steal from pelosi and the gnostics. I don't know where it's gone, or why it's gone. Fluoride, soy, overuse of carbohydrates versus proteins, media brainwashing, too many electromagnetic waves in the air, bad parenting, over reliance on government, technological isolation in people, lack of God. I don't know what it is, maybe a combination of all, but something is gone that used to be.
I was a single parent. I managed to homeschool my two sons while making a living from home selling crap on eBay and at Antique Malls/Shows. My kids are 28 & 30 now and they turned out pretty darn great. My point is that even as a single parent it can be done. Where there’s a will, there’s a way.
Don’t let the fear of finances keep you from this dream. It can feel scary and is certainly an emotional struggle at times but it is so incredibly worth it. Don’t feel discouraged if at times you feel you can’t do it, IT IS A VERY TOUGH JOB, but it’s best one you will ever have. I promise. Working just to increase your tax bracket and pay someone else to watch your kid is not worth it. It’s a wage slave trap. You’re children are only young once, don’t waste it, don’t miss out on it.
Again, I've been so busy I'm super behind on threads and playing catch up, but rooftop, you're killing this thread. I don't know if you ARE a mom, but you'd make a GREAT one.
Theres this preacher I listen to on the radio who put it to folks straight: downsize for the health of the family! Give up these luxuries - make huge sacrifices! Because if you don’t, the stress and weight of the world will destroy your marriage and then what do you have? If you separate over unhappiness, you each have 1 separate income and downsizing occurs anyways. Seems the best and only choice is to make the sacrifice.
Yup. My ex wife was a stay at home mom. I worked my ass off and made sure we always had the essentials taken care of. God blessed us and made sure that while we weren't rich, by any stretch of the word, He made sure our needs were always met, and then some.
Until, of course, she decided she didn't want to be a mom any more and left, l having me to raise our daughter practically by myself. Now, my grown sons work their asses off, and I stay home to finish raising my daughter. There's more to the story than this, obviously, but that's the basic gist.
Raising kids while both parents work is beyond stoopid.
and dad's. The biggest joke they've played is forcing us to slave away for wages. Thought exercise: everyone look back at the last ten years and count up the hours you've worked for someone else. Now imagine those hours spend on land building up your dream property of a couple acres (a hectare is more than enough to support a family all their needs). You'd have a castle if you put those hours in, even just used two of those wasted hours a day for castle building. We ve been thoroughly duped. Even those of us who think we are awake are still plugged deep into the slave system. One simple way to get out. Leave. Build up a small piece of land pioneer style. God bless and God speed!!!
THIS is why I'm a stay at home mom who homeschools.
Same! Best decision ever made. Go mom!
Your lil Pedes are lucky!
I worked my ass off to keep my wife at home with the kids.
It sucked but we made it.
Good on you!

Not to mention jobs taken overseas. Slavery is most profitable.
Excellent points.

I'm a whole mess of a day late on this thread, but you Madame are a certified HERO. God Bless you.

Everything you're saying is true. Sad but true.
